The Imagine XLS is the lighter, more compact sibling to the Imagine, built specifically for buyers who want a Grand Design travel trailer that a half-ton truck or a capable SUV can tow comfortably. Floor plans run roughly 22 to 30 feet on a 6,395-7,995-lb GVWR chassis, with dry weights starting under 5,000 pounds on the smallest plans. Despite the trimmer size, the XLS keeps the Imagine's livability touches — Murphy-bed layouts that free up living space, rear-bath and rear-kitchen plans, and a dual-slide bunkhouse in the 25DBE.
