How our pricing works

Straightforward per-mile pricing. No mystery quotes.

We dispatch from Parker, Colorado, just southeast of Denver. Your price is the round trip our driver runs for your move: unloaded from Parker to your pickup, loaded from pickup to the delivery, and unloaded back to Parker, with a $250 minimum. The calculator above does the math the moment you enter two ZIPs.

$250Minimum

Every move starts at a $250 minimum, which covers short local hops around the Denver metro.

$5.00Per loaded mile

From pickup to delivery, the miles your RV is actually on the truck.

$2.50Per deadhead mile

The unloaded miles to reach your pickup and return to Parker, billed at half the loaded rate.

Going the distance? On longer hauls we automatically switch to our long-haul rate, $4.00 per loaded mile plus a flat $375 for the return, the moment it beats the standard rate. You always get the lower of the two, and the calculator picks it for you, no haggling.

Example: a coach picked up in Denver and delivered to Colorado Springs is a short loaded run plus the deadhead to and from Parker, right around $550. A cross-country move to Phoenix drops onto the long-haul rate automatically. Either way you see the number up front.

Straight answers

Denver RV transport questions

How is the price calculated?+
It is mileage based from our Parker, Colorado dispatch: a $250 minimum, $5.00 per loaded mile from your pickup to the delivery, and $2.50 per deadhead mile to reach the pickup and return to Parker. On longer hauls we automatically apply our long-haul rate instead, $4.00 per loaded mile plus a flat $375 return, whenever it comes out lower. You always get the better of the two. Enter two ZIPs above and you will see the full breakdown instantly.
Do you move both trailers and motorhomes?+
Yes. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, truck campers, pop-ups, and Class A, B, C, and Super C motorhomes. Towable or motorized, we have the equipment for it.
Does my RV have to run and drive?+
No. We move non-running rigs too, we just need to know up front so we bring the right trailer and tie-downs. There is a field on the form for it.
How far do you go?+
Both in-state across Colorado and interstate nationwide, dispatched out of the Denver area. Short local hops and cross-country hauls are priced the same transparent way.
Is the instant price the final price?+
It is a close estimate from the round-trip mileage. Dispatch confirms the exact number when we schedule, which can shift for oversize rigs, hard-to-reach pickups, or non-running units. No surprises, you approve before we roll.
Is my RV covered during the move?+
Yes, moves are handled by licensed, insured transport. We go over the coverage details with you when we confirm the booking.
